One-Pot Macaroni

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 500 gm minced beef
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp, tomato paste 
  • 5-6 large Tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1 tsp dried basil,( you can use fresh basil leaves as usual
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 3 cup hot water 
  • 4 cups macaroni pasta
Note - if you know how to make tomato sauce you can add tomato sauce instead off tomato paste

DIRECTIONS:

  1. In a large pot, heat vegetable oil and saute minced meat and onions until onions are soft.
  2. Add garlic and tomato paste, or ( Tomato Sauce) and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  3. Add tomatoes,Cinnamon,Basil and oregano to the pot and simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. Add hot hot water or any stock chicken or beef and macaroni to the pot, cover the pot simmer for 20 minutes, Until pasta is cooked
  5. stir once and serve on a large platter,
