Spicy Meat Balls IN BBQ Sauce

INGREDIENTS

How to make a Meat balls

  • 250 g lean minced beef
  • 250 g spicy sausages, removed from casing 
  • 250 g regular sausages, removed from casing 
  • 1/4 cups hot water 
  • 1 tbs dried oregano
  • 1 tbsp dried basil
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 6 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1/2 loaf french bread,cut into small pieces

 For Sauce 

  • 1 tsp butter
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped 
  • 1/2 cup hot water
  • 1 cup chicken stock 
  • 1/2 cup dibis romman
  • 1/3 cup  BBQ Sauce

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 500 gm minced beef
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp, tomato paste 
  • 5-6 large Tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1 tsp dried basil,( you can use fresh basil leaves as usual
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 3 cup hot water 
  • 4 cups macaroni pasta
Note - if you know how to make tomato sauce you can add tomato sauce instead off tomato paste

Dried Figs & Walnuts Lamb Tagine

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 kg lamb with bone, cut into small pics 
  • 2 tbsp canola oil or Olive oil
  • 2 big White Onion finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp coriander fresh leaves finely chopped
  • 1 Garlic clove diced 
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ginger
  • 1/2 tsp, Turmeric Powder
  • Pinch of saffron
  • 1 tsp Black pepper Powder
  • 2 Cubes of chicken stock
  • 2 1/2 cups hot water
  • 1 Cup dried figs
  • 1/2 Cup Walnuts
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp orange blossom water
