INGREDIENTS
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 500 gm minced beef
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp, tomato paste
- 5-6 large Tomatoes, chopped
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder
- 1 tsp dried basil,( you can use fresh basil leaves as usual
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 3 cup hot water
- 4 cups macaroni pasta
Note - if you know how to make tomato sauce you can add tomato sauce instead off tomato paste
DIRECTIONS:
- In a large pot, heat vegetable oil and saute minced meat and onions until onions are soft.
- Add garlic and tomato paste, or ( Tomato Sauce) and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Add tomatoes,Cinnamon,Basil and oregano to the pot and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add hot hot water or any stock chicken or beef and macaroni to the pot, cover the pot simmer for 20 minutes, Until pasta is cooked
- stir once and serve on a large platter,
