INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup green lentils
  • 2 cup hot water
  • 1  cups off chicken stock ( you can use 2 cubs maggi chicken stock)
  • 2 cups white burgol (large) washed and soaked for ten minutes.
  • 2 tbsp olive oil 
  • 2 medium onions, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup fresh ginger finely chopped
  • 1 tsp crushed black pepper
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup dates pilled and chopped
  • 1 cup fresh parsley leaves roughly chopped

Ingredients


  • Basmati Rice- 200 gm ( soak 20 to 30 mint in water)
  • Split Mung - 100 gm ( soak 20 to 30 mint in water)
  • Shrimp( 26- 30 size)- 16 pcs ( Remove skin and tails)
  • Onion - 1 small pcs ( fined chopped)
  • Garlic - 3 Cloves( fined Chopped)
  • Cumin Powder- 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Dry lemon powder tsp
  • Dry lemon whole 1 PC
  • Saffron color 1 tsp
  • Coriander leaves chopped
  • hot water, salt to test

Hyderabadi Chicken Biryani

Hyderabadi Chicken Biryani 
Learn How to make Chicken Biryani Dum style very easy way at your home. I have made for years and my favorite it is very easy and even a beginner can try without any troubles. chicken can marinated the previous night and refrigerated to make the best flavorful biryani.

Ingredients
Chicken biriyani recipe

  • 1 and Half cups long grain Basmathi rice ( soaked for 15 to 20 mints, drain and set a side)
  • Half kg bone-in-Chicken or boneless 
  •  Quter  to Half tsp Biryani Masala Powder 
  •  1 large fried Onion 
  •  Finely Chopped Coriander leaves
  • Finely chopped Mint leaves
  • 2 to 3 tbsp, Ghee
  •  Quter tsp saffron soaked in 3 tbsp hot milk
Marination for Chicken 


  • 1 tbsp, ginger garlic paste
  • Quter tsp turmeric
  • 3 green chillies ( adjust to suit your taste ) 
  • Half cup of yogurt 
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 and Half tsp Kashmiri Red Chili powder
  • Salt to taste 

  Dry spices for rice



  •  2 and half cup of water
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 2 small Mace spice
  • 2 large cardamom
  • 3 cinenamon stick
  • 6 cloves
  • 2 small bay leaf 
  • half tsp shahi jeea/Caraway seeds
