INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup green lentils
- 2 cup hot water
- 1 cups off chicken stock ( you can use 2 cubs maggi chicken stock)
- 2 cups white burgol (large) washed and soaked for ten minutes.
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 medium onions, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup fresh ginger finely chopped
- 1 tsp crushed black pepper
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup dates pilled and chopped
- 1 cup fresh parsley leaves roughly chopped

INGREDIENTS
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 500 gm minced beef
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp, tomato paste
- 5-6 large Tomatoes, chopped
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder
- 1 tsp dried basil,( you can use fresh basil leaves as usual
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 3 cup hot water
- 4 cups macaroni pasta
Note - if you know how to make tomato sauce you can add tomato sauce instead off tomato paste

Dried Figs & Walnuts Lamb Tagine
Lamb Tagine base on Moroccan Cuisine, why is it good for me? naturally sweet and succulent dried figs are also a Great source of Fiber and various minerals
INGREDIENTS
- 1 kg lamb with bone, cut into small pics
- 2 tbsp canola oil or Olive oil

- 1/2 tsp ginger
- 1/2 tsp, Turmeric Powder
- Pinch of saffron
- 1 tsp Black pepper Powder
- 2 Cubes of chicken stock
- 2 1/2 cups hot water
- 1 Cup dried figs
- 1/2 Cup Walnuts
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp orange blossom water

- Basmati Rice- 200 gm ( soak 20 to 30 mint in water)
- Split Mung - 100 gm ( soak 20 to 30 mint in water)
- Shrimp( 26- 30 size)- 16 pcs ( Remove skin and tails)
- Onion - 1 small pcs ( fined chopped)
- Garlic - 3 Cloves( fined Chopped)
